Payment is not processed real time when submitting reservation. Only when required minimum participation has been reached to confirm departure (latest 1-2 weeks prior) , you will receive a request for processing a minimum downpayment. You can also choose to pay any increments of the balance at your own discretion.
Also, Payment for this reservation is processed through PayPal* using a range of convenient and secure solutions that range from accepting any major Credit Cards to Interest FREE financing of amounts $99+. Payment IS NOT processed at this time.
Payments will be processed in US Dollars only once amounts have been converted according to banks international daily rate.

(*) A 3-4% processing fee may be assessed.

Payment for this trip is handled thru your Travel Office Representative. NO Payment IS processed at the time of reservation.
An email notification of your booking will be automatically be sent to your POC.

ITINERARY SUMMARY


Day1 Evening Departure Evening departure from Poznan at 21:00. Overnight coach journey toward the Netherlands.
Day2 Amsterdam & Overnight Cruise Morning stop for breakfast outside Amsterdam, followed by a visit to a traditional cheese farm. Continue to Amsterdam for a guided Canal Cruise before free time to explore the city. Evening transfer to Hoek van Holland and boarding of the overnight cruise to Harwich, England. (Overnight on ferry cruise – 1st overnight)
Day3 London City Tour & Hotel Overnight Morning arrival in Harwich with onward travel to London. A panoramic city tour introduces the highlights of the capital, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, and Westminster Abbey. Afternoon hotel check-in with time at leisure to explore the city. (Hotel overnight in London – 2nd overnight)
Day4 London Free Day or Excursion & Overnight Cruise Day at leisure in London or optional full-day excursion to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Evening return to the port and overnight ferry back to the Netherlands. (Overnight on ferry cruise – 3rd overnight)
Day5 Return to Poznań Morning arrival in Holland, with stops en route for meals and rest. Continue the journey back to Poznan, arriving in the evening.

Cheese Farm Visit Begin outside the city with a stop at a working Dutch cheese farm. Learn how regional cheese is made, hear the process firsthand, and sample products on-site. A functional look at food production in rural Holland before entering the capital.
London City Tour A tour with a professional guide showcasing London's highlights. We will first begin with landmarks like the Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral, and Westminster Abbey. We will also be visiting historical buildings joined by modern structures like the Shard and the Millennium Bridge, making it today's contemporary city.
Stonehenge & Windsor Castle A full-day trip to two of the United Kingdom's top historic attractions. The mysterious Stonehenge rock formations are celebrated as the best-preserved megalithic monuments of Europe. Windsor Castle is home to the British royal family, for a tour of the State Apartments and St George’s Chapel, crammed full of valuable furniture, world-class paintings, artifacts, and armor. Once Required minimum participation has been reached to confirm departure (usually 1-7 weeks prior to) , you will receive a notification of processing a minimum of downpayment €100 - €200 per booking or full balance at your convenience.

A 3.5% handling fee may be assessed to Invoice amount. Amounts will be converted in USD at the billing traded rate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOUR

Travel Documents.
I understand that it is my responsibility to provide all required travel documents for myself, my family, and any visiting persons. ID Cards + orders + leave documents, are usually sufficient for active-duty military members for any continental tours but when traveling on such documentation, I understand that it is my responsibility to check these will be appropriate and I travel on these at my own risk.
Complying with FCG (Foreign Clearance Guidance)/ APACS (An Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System)
Active-Duty/ dependents, DOD ID Holders personnel are required to follow FCG/APACS requirements before booking any foreign country trip.
STEP
(The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) registration. It is highly advised to register with STEP before any travel at the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (state.gov)
It is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate."

Deposits

Deposits may be made on trips to secure a space with the company, however the trip must be paid in full outside of 4 weeks prior to the trip’s departure.

NOTE:

If the trip is not paid 4 weeks and one day prior to the tour date, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the ITT Office and you as the customer will not be refunded the money that was paid up until that point of cancellation
