This day is dedicated to visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and State Museum. A guided tour through Nazi Germany’s largest concentration camp includes a guided walking tour through buildings at the Auschwitz I-Main Camp, the permanent exhibition, and the most important structures in Auschwitz II-Birkenau.
After the visit, we continued to Krakow to check into our hotel and spent the remainder of the day at our leisure.

Krakow, Saltmines and time at own leisure

Join us on an orientation tour with a local guide highlighting the UNESCO-listed Old Town, the Royal Wawel Castle complex, and the Jewish Quarter Kazimierz.
The remainder of the day is free for your own explorations or to join an optional excursion to the Wieliczka Salt Mine Join a private guided tour 445 feet underground through 1.8 miles of tunnels, chambers, and chapels. It will leave you marveling about rooms, chapels, and sculptures made of salt and connect them to mine history and its secrets.

Free Time or Full Day Excursion to Warsaw

Time at own leisure or join us on a full day Excursion to the capital of Poland, Warsaw. Enjoy the comfortable train raid, and meet our local guide at Warsaw for an orientation tour.
Time at your own leisure for further sightseeing before returning to Krakow.

Boleslawiece Return to Germany

Use this opportunity to shop for Polish pottery directly from the factories in Boleslawiec. This town, renowned for its traditional pottery, offers a unique experience to purchase and understand the craftsmanship behind each piece.
