ITINERARY SUMMARY


Day1 Evening Departure Depart from your designated location. Settle in for an overnight coach journey through the heart of Europe en route to the Croatian coast.
Day2 rrival in Rovinj, Croatia After a morning breakfast stop, we arrive in Rovinj, a picturesque town on the Istrian Peninsula known for its charming old town and vibrant harbor. Enjoy an orientation tour to get acquainted with the highlights before continuing to the hotel and check-in. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore, relax by the sea, or enjoy a local meal. (Hotel Overnight – 2 nights).
Day3 Leisure Day in Beach Resort Spend the day enjoying the hotel’s resort amenities. Optional activities may include a boat excursion, beachside relaxation, or a visit to local vineyards and artisans. An ideal day to unwind and immerse yourself in the coastal atmosphere.
Day4 Salzburg Stop & Overnight in Passau Area Depart Croatia and journey north through Slovenia and Austria. Arrive midday in Salzburg, where a brief walking orientation introduces you to the historic Old Town, Mirabell Gardens, and Mozart landmarks. In the afternoon, continue to the Passau area in Germany for your overnight stay. Hotel Overnight – 1 night.
Day5 Prague City Break & Evening Arrival in Poznań Depart early for Prague, Czech Republic. Upon arrival, enjoy free time for lunch and independent exploration—visit the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, or sample traditional Czech cuisine. Later in the afternoon, travel onward to Poznan, Poland, arriving in the evening.

Once Required minimum participation has been reached to confirm departure (usually 1-7 weeks prior to) , you will receive a notification of processing a minimum of downpayment €100 - €200 per booking or full balance at your convenience.

A 3.5% handling fee may be assessed to Invoice amount. Amounts will be converted in USD at the billing traded rate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOUR

Travel Documents.
I understand that it is my responsibility to provide all required travel documents for myself, my family, and any visiting persons. ID Cards + orders + leave documents, are usually sufficient for active-duty military members for any continental tours but when traveling on such documentation, I understand that it is my responsibility to check these will be appropriate and I travel on these at my own risk.
Complying with FCG (Foreign Clearance Guidance)/ APACS (An Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System)
Active-Duty/ dependents, DOD ID Holders personnel are required to follow FCG/APACS requirements before booking any foreign country trip.
STEP
(The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) registration. It is highly advised to register with STEP before any travel at the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (state.gov)
It is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate."

The purchasing of insurance coverage for your tour is STRONGLY recommended."
Deposits

Deposits may be made on trips to secure a space with the company, however the trip must be paid in full outside of 4 weeks prior to the trip’s departure.

NOTE:

If the trip is not paid 4 weeks and one day prior to the tour date, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the ITT Office and you as the customer will not be refunded the money that was paid up until that point of cancellation
Communications / Departure Times
Please contact your ITT Office (01480 843704) 3-4 days prior to departure if you have not received details of departure times for your tour. It is essential that you provide a current phone number where you can be reached in an emergency.
