ITINERARY SUMMARY


Day1 Departure Departure from points of origin Stops on the way to Caen, France.
Day2 Pegasus Bridge - Caen Breakfast opportunity upon arrival in Caen area. Visit the site of one of the most surprising events of WWII, Pegasus Bridge which spans the strategically significant Caen canal. The Bridge was untimely named after the named after the Glider Airborne British Division and was widely considered unravelling to the reminder of the D-day assaults. There will an opportunity to visit Caen Memorial Museum before checking into our hotel. Your tour guide will assist with arrangements for a typical Normandy cuisine dinner.
Day3 Normandy Landing Beaches Meet our local guide for tour of D-day landing beaches and sites such as Sainte Mere Eglise home of the Airborne Museum, Point Du Hoc, Omaha and Utah Beach as well as the American Cemetery & Memorial. Dinner opportunity in Arromanches home of the famous Mulberry harbor artificial port before retuning to Caen.
Day4 Mont St Michel - Paris We leave for one of France’s most charming landmarks Mont-St-Michel. Onward travel to Paris for our next overnight stay.
Day5 Paris – Return Orientation tour highlighting Paris most celebrated sights such as from Notre Dame Cathedral to the Concorde Square and from the Eiffel Tower to the Champs Elysees and much more. Following some free time for lunch, time at your own leisure we travel homewards arriving late evening hours. (Departure times at destination are approximate and subject to changes as per tour manager’s rearrangement needs)

Once Required minimum participation has been reached to confirm departure (usually 1-7 weeks prior to) , you will receive a notification of processing a minimum of downpayment €100 - €200 per booking or full balance at your convenience.

A 3.5% handling fee may be assessed to Invoice amount. Amounts will be converted in USD at the billing traded rate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOUR

Travel Documents.
I understand that it is my responsibility to provide all required travel documents for myself, my family, and any visiting persons. ID Cards + orders + leave documents, are usually sufficient for active-duty military members for any continental tours but when traveling on such documentation, I understand that it is my responsibility to check these will be appropriate and I travel on these at my own risk.
Complying with FCG (Foreign Clearance Guidance)/ APACS (An Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System)
Active-Duty/ dependents, DOD ID Holders personnel are required to follow FCG/APACS requirements before booking any foreign country trip.
STEP
(The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) registration. It is highly advised to register with STEP before any travel at the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (state.gov)
It is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling and living abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate."

Deposits

Deposits may be made on trips to secure a space with the company, however the trip must be paid in full outside of 4 weeks prior to the trip’s departure.

NOTE:

If the trip is not paid 4 weeks and one day prior to the tour date, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the ITT Office and you as the customer will not be refunded the money that was paid up until that point of cancellation
Communications / Departure Times
Please contact your ITT Office (01480 843704) 3-4 days prior to departure if you have not received details of departure times for your tour. It is essential that you provide a current phone number where you can be reached in an emergency.
